Here are a few pictures that Jacob sent LaDawn. I am sure glad that she shared them with us. The one with the frog in the pocket made us laugh! The other is last weeks baptism of the two sisters.
We went to our first fall soccer game on Saturday. Samuel's team dominated the other team. Samuel scored twice and stopped the other teams only shot for a goal. Only 12 more games to go! Sam almost got a header! (The whole team gets ice cream if a player on the team gets a header!)
At 11:00 the other night the doorbell rang. I hustled around trying to find a bathrobe because we were all in our pajamas or else getting there. I got to the door and this is what I found. I laughed out loud! It was so funny to open the door to B. Obama! Anyway, I found out later that Taylor and friends like to go "Barracking" at times and so I felt privileged to be "Barrack"ed!!
Tanner had a scrimmage last friday for sophomore football. He plays defensive nose guard! The guy in the middle who pummel's everybody else! He loves it and is having a great time. He is #63 in this game (that is his practice jersey) He will be #50 in all the other games!
Two weeks ago the boys and Jim and I went fishing for Family Night at Benson Marina. We had a great time. It was the perfect evening. We stopped and bought a Little Ceasar pizza and breadsticks and we were set. Samuel was the winner with five fish and Daniel and I had a combined effort for one! It was a great evening!
