Kristi's Wonderful Adventure

Kristi has been in Taiwan now for three months and three left to go. She is having a wonderful time teaching. Kristi has four different classes of students ranging from age 2 to about 9. On the weekends Kristi and her friends have taken up traveling and exploring. Each week brings a new adventure! Here are a few of my favorite pictures she has sent home. ECHOES by Danielle Steele

I just finished reading the books ECHOES by Danielle Steele. I really enjoyed it. It was a story of a family in Europe during WWII. It was the first Danielle Steele book I have read. I would recommend it.

JAMBOREE 2010

JAMBOREE 2010

Tanner, Daniel and their cousin Kaden had the wonderful opportunity to go to the 2010National Scout Jamboree. They were gone for 17 days and had a wonderful time. The first 7 days they got to tour the eastern part of the USA and the last 10 days were spent at the Jamboree itself in Fort A.P. Hill, VA. Here are a few of my favorite pictures that the boys took.

Logan River Walkway

Today Sam, Brittany and I went on a walk through the Logan River Walkway. It was a beautiful morning. Britt and Sam had fun throwing rocks in the river and looking for wildlife. I just enjoyed being outside. Here are a few shots of our day. Krist-this is our jungle experience just for you!!! (minus the spiders)

Tony Grove Wildflowers

Last week we went to Tony Grove for 1/2 a day for the Ivie Family Reunion. The wildflowers were just coming out and they were beautiful. I love Wildflowers!!!!
