Ivie Family Reunion

We had a wonderful Ivie Family Reunon with all the aunts, uncles and cousins, and grandparents. It was great. I can't imagine my life without family! Thanks everyone for being the best!

Salt Lake REAL Game

On Saturday we had the great experience of going to the Salt Lake REAL game. None of us had ever been to a professional soccer game before and it was so much fun! Sam's team, the STRIKERS, got to go down on the field when the REAL players came on the field and during the national anthem. The REAL lost 0-2 to the Kansas City Wizards. So much fun!

Baby Birds

We have been watching our three baby birds now for two weeks. The Mamma bird made a nest on our front porch piller. They have been so much fun to watch. It is amazing how fast that they grow. The kids and I have loved watching the Mamma and Daddy bird feed them. Nature is an amazing thing!

The Biggest Snowflakes Ever!

OK, I'm not just kidding when I say this, but on Saturday we saw the biggest snowflakes you have ever seen. It was like the heavens were dumping down big pieces of fluff. Some of the flakes were over 2 inches in diameter. It was so cool! Daniel and Kristi had fun trying to catch them in their mouth. It only lasted about 10 minutes but it was way fun, especially if we are going to have snow at the end of April! Look at Daniel's picture, the snowflake covers his entire mouth! Then check out his head in the other picture. One snowflake covers the whole side of his head. Isn't nature amazing!

Jim and I and the boys took a quick trip to the lake over President's Day. We had a lot of fun playing on the ice. Throwing ice chunks on the smooth ice made the coolest sound. Samuel won at Monopoly. Boy was he excited! The lake is always fun, no matter the season!

Getting Started With Blogging

Okay, so after a 30 minute lesson from my cute Kristi I am now attempting my own BLOG! Can you believe it. Remember I am still learning so it might not be so cute yet, but give me time!

Life is good! I love writing down things that make me happy so on a day that I need reminders I can look back. If you would like to add to my list please do.
